John P Troyan II, MAI
President
John P. Troyan II graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree in Real Estate in 1991. Mr. Troyan was employed as an appraiser by Pardue, Heid Church Smith and Waller of South Florida Inc. from 1991 though May 1995 and was ultimately promoted to commercial manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. He resigned to form the new corporation in May 1995.
He completed all the requirements of the Appraisal Institute and was awarded his MAI designation in February 1997. He is also a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (State of Florida Certificate Number RZ 0002013), and has experience in commercial and residential construction. Mr. Troyan has also held a number of temporary appraisal practice permits throughout the United States from time to time.
Mr, Troyan has appraised a variety of commercial and residential properties throughout the Southeastern United States. Work samples will be provided upon request as well as references.
